drhay53
I am having a disaster of a time trimming the A10A. I've tried flying three different missions (the first campaign mission, the instant action, and one downloaded from dcs mods area) and every time I try to fly the A10A, the aircraft by default tries to nose up badly. I have tried jamming the nose down trim a million times and I can never trim the plane for level flight. I have a saitek X52 pro which I run with joystick gremlin. For the A10A in DCS, there is nothing bound except keyboard. The stick axes for flight control all work fine and report 0 input in joystick gremlin and windows USB game controller properties. Sometimes I jam the trim value and end up with some beeping which I assume is some type of warning. Even with extreme trim values, the plane tries to go nose up. Any ideas here? drhay53
I brought up the input overlay with RCTRL+ENTER and it doesn't seem like the trim buttons are even doing anything. I went over to the SU-25T, and the trim buttons aren't doing anything there either.
drhay53
As suggested here: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=119849 Disabling force feedback was the only thing that made my trim work again. I suspect the warnings I am hearing are the RWR, not sure. First time in the A10A and not a ton of experience.
