Want to reproduce this weather condition seen on the launch video

Hello

I would like to reproduce this weather condition seen on the last SuperCarrier launch video :

I spend few hours and still not able to reproduce this.

I have a high end computer spec (I9-9900k, RTX2080TI ...)

Does it's from a new engine like Vulkain ? Any idea ?

Most likely not available to us mere mortal customers (yet?). Fingers crossed for future updates!

No, that's already possible with the current weather system. You just need to enable fog and rain and set the clouds to respective settings to get a low overcast.

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

I tried already but still can't get that result. Who made this video ? It's possible to ask him its mission or settings?

I've managed to get similar weather like the one seen in the trailer, when I played around with the weather settings a while ago.

This is ED's video producer: https://forums.eagle.ru/member.php?u=5154

It's the reflection on the deck that is missing currently. Posted on reddit:

Perhaps it's the WIP SSLR. It's shame we don't have it ingame, hopefully in future.

Yes and I don't have any planes/crews shadow as well

same issue. I made a post about it

the problem is not the weather. the problem is having the proper reflections on deck. right now, only the light is reflected, but not anything physical on the deck, like the planes and the crew. which makes it very unrealistic, unlike the video

You guys are right! I haven't noticed those reflections, which are indeed new (unlike the weather)!

Yes, confirmed from Glowing_Amraam, the deck reflection is from an internal build and we'll should have it soon.
