Mortisrose
Not sure when this changed but there is now a smoke trail when the afterburner is on the same smoke as mill power. i7 7700k, 32 GB RAM, GTX 1080, 500 GB NVMe m.2 SSD, Trackir 3 Pro, Gunfighter Mk I w/MCG; Mod. MiG21bisFishbedL
Yup, smokey smokey smokey. It's been like that the last two patches. Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!
Cgjunk2
Is this bug specific to the Mig 21, or are other modules suffering from this as well? Maybe it's a greater DCS problem? I seem to recall this smokey afterburner behavior started several patches ago.
rossmum
This appeared at the same time the Hornet began cosplaying as a MiG-29 for a few weeks - I think it's related to that. According to the Americans the MiG was "smokeless" (bear in mind this was an R-11F-300 engine, not an R-25-300, and was being compared to the notoriously smoky Phantom) - and previously there was none in burner and moderate smoke out of it, somewhere between the MiG-29/Jeff and Mirage in terms of severity. Now it's quite thick.
