Increased boos was not attained by "boost regulator readjustment".

The boost regulator was untouched.

 

The increased power was gained by the portion of the boost air was drawn off from the supercharger pressure line. It caused pressure air drop in the boost regulator.

(in a simplified way)

BMW is working in order to allow C3 Fuel Injection above 1 Km Altitude, in the high altitude Blower Gear to increase Climb Power. Testing results still pending.

 

 

Last important Text note:

 

 

With the Notification from 20.1.44 above Altitude the Emergency Power is cleared for 10 Minutes.

Does not it mean that they wanted to permit use C-3 fuel injection for second suercharger gear (Hohenlader) for F/G-8 variant?

 

C-3 fuel injection was cleared only for first gear* (Bodenlader) and was limited to 1000m altitude due to low supercharger power not because another reason, see performance data charts.

 

 

* according to known documents, we know it or we think we know it :)

But C-3 injection require quite complex system which will inject fuel in to supercharger and it require boos pressure regulator cheat to get increased ATA

the second one needs only boost pressure cheat 1.58/1.68

am i missing something ??

Yes exactly Saburo, they allow to use C3 in the second Gear (Höhenlader).

 

 

 

 

Was discussed sometime ago, but what i am writing know is Hypothetically.

 

 

They used the C3 Injection only in first Gear (Bodenlader) because they was afraid it would rise thermal Problems because of the leaner mixture in the second Gear (Höhenlader) rising Cylinder Head Temperature.

 

 

The Document is exactly about the Time they finished Trails with Emergency Power without C3, didnt have any concerning negativ Temprature effects.

 

 

So they allow C3 in second Gear Höhenlader also.

It has to be activated by an additional switch, right? Or is it simply on the throttle axis?

Erprobungstelle Rechlin needed to allow this, not Focke Wulf. You need a document which is from E.Stelle Rechlin, where they allow add. C-3 injection with 2nd charger.

It was an additional handle that had to be pulled when at full throttle.

I'm struggling to find where ED mentioned the A8 module would include a F8 variant?
