Not sure they are really considered truly mods, but these two things I consider essential for myself:

Voice Attack with Vaicom Pro.

Kneeboard Builder.

Hello.

Thanks to sumup tips about vr

Perhaps you should add:

- disable tracking replay ( autoexec section )

- disable windows game replay

?

Could you expand on what this does? (or should I say, prevents?)

That's not a mod, but you should add that also : https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/58417-how-to-add-rotation-angle-to-check-your-six-in-vr/

Very usefull and works with both DCS and IL2. You just have to not forget for DCS to select an option in OpenVr advanced settings.

P8700K @4.8 GHz, 3080ti, 32 GB RAM, HP reverb Pro.

I spend my time making 3dmigoto VR mods for BoS and DCS instead of flying, see https://www.patreon.com/lefuneste

The main idea is to reduce process load in background

- disable tracking stop dcs replay core function ( no data written in track file in background )

- disable windows game mode stop windows core function to be able to stream what you play

Many people use these disables to get DCS run better and smooth ( me too )

You should be able to find them in this forum

We should add 'run vr in full screen' ( It reduce windows stack rendering)

It the vr mirror in not full screen on your monitor, type Alt+Enter to toggle full screen mode

Type many times to workaround mouse cursor windowed bug until full screen toggle done

This has gotten so frustrating right now with the mouse issue in full screen being restricted to the right side. And it seems to have gotten even worse in the latest OB release.

Im about ready to hang it up until ED get's their act together and starts fixing some of these things instead of adding more things broken.

GREAT LIST by the way!

The bug about mouse constrained movement in full screen is still here

But we have the workaround.

This mod makes the MFDs more visible in the F/A-18

You can actually dim the AMPCD and the text stays bright so you can read it easier. I've got it modified so that only the AMPCD is modified to keep the retro CTR feel for the rest of the displays
