In the LUA description you have to remove all _001, _10, _100, _X001, _X100 bordnumbers.

Then you have to add the lines :

custom_args =

{

[1000] = 1.0,

[1001] = 1.0,

[1002] = 1.0,

[1003] = 1.0,

}

Fix it ED

I'm thinking not a lot of people like this new option. I understand the just of it, but it is a horrible implementation. ED should either remove it or put an option in the menu to disable it. Just my opinion but I bet it is shared by others.

So I'm not a programmer. I can edit a script like a lua file but I need help. I have tried most of the above suggestions and even when I do edit the lua file the ugly ass grey rectangle shows up on the tail or it's combined with missing file. So I'm kind of frustrated by the latest DCS World Update and wanted to make F-16 skins in colors other then grey. Does anyone have a way to help me edit my lua files to eliminate the whole field for the tail BORT NUMBER, and the FUGLY GREY image file that never goes away?
