The function does exist in the Az/El-Page , as ExNusquam mentioned - it´s just not usable in the normal Air-Air Radar Page so far. It should be, as mentioned and confirmed by RL Hornet Drivers. This is a much used function that need to be quickly accessible (not via having to go Az/El-Page and back...), which is why it does work like that IRL...
