[FIXED] Wrath of Thunder campaign problem

So far so good till mission #3 where my wingie and other Viggen AI flights refused to take-off and ATC is stuck for player - never got taxi clearance cos of stuck AI.

 

Cause is additional scenery in front of parkings that blocks AI taxi paths, see attached pic. Please check all missions, maybe it is same problem there as well.

this also relates to a later mission, i think it is 5 or 6 or so ...

Things standing around on the apron inhibit the aircraft taxiing to their ramp positions, after approaching Kobuleti (or was it Koki ...?); the mission where the big support is coming ...

Completed mission #5. AI taxiing was fine. Operating on road base was hair-raisingly rewarding (got stuck on crossroads when taxied slowly, found I need bit more speed to "go" over problematic parts). DCS always hangs after End Mission button press on Debrief. Hopefully it advanced into mission #6 after DCS restart.

 

Seems DCS or this campaign is pretty broken what is sad cos I am enjoying this Viggen campaign a lot.

Enjoyed first four missions, but can confirm frustrating issue with getting stuck in crossroads at road base in WoT mission 5. Seems like you need constant momentum to avoid it from happening, which is really tricky considering the narrow roads and the sharp bends. Only way to get going after getting stuck is to apply full afterburner and show massive amounts of patience as you inch your way slowly forward. There is also no space to make a u-turn anywhere so you need to reverse your way around the crossroad again after you have rearmed and refueled which is even more difficult (without loosing momentum). Took me a good 30-40 mins to get up in the air again!

 

Another bug in the mission is your wingman’s inability to land. After giving him the radio instructions to RTB he starts circling Senaki until he runs out of fuel...

Can also confirm earlier post that communication with ATC is not working in the mission.

 

Big hits on fps also experienced since update to Open Beta 2.5.6 (especially when using radar A1/A2 modes), but suspect this is a general DCS problem by looking at other forum discussions/complaints.
