FW-190A8 Cockpit Texture: How to set up in Saved Gameas?

The REVI gunsight of the Anton has an opaque brownish tint which forces me to strain my old eyes more than is good for me. I managed to make it nicely transparent, like its counterpart in the Kurfürst. Only trouble: it doesn't pass integrity check. Would someone knowledgeable be so kind and explain how I can set the mod up under saved games? I'd really appreciate!
