Generally, FC runs pretty smoothly with my rig (Dualcore 2.8, Ati 1900XT, 2gigs ram) at mostly high settings except scenes. I could run scenes at high, but whenever I get near a city, FPS drop so much. Any other places are just OK and smooth. With scenes at medium, over cities I still get stutters, but the sim is flyable. So, I´ve made some searchs in the forums about structures mods or tweaks, but didn´t find any.
