The VF-51 only flew the F-14A and was disestablished in 1995, so they never flew the later versions of the Tomcat. As for the helmets, yeah, the eagle is not white and I've yet to add stripes in the back. It's close enough though... Note that the 1980 version features the more "creamy" paint scheme. The pack includes CAG, XO, Line and Line alternate skins. I also switched the patches so the Squadron insignia is on the chest, the tomcat patch on the left shoulder and the F-14 patch on the right. * I've already corrected the Eagle/star on the back so that the stripes doesn't penetrate the star... The patches look good on this one and I do apologize I was wrong about the helmets. I should have done more research but what I could find was only the white helmets. The tactical fighter bomber patch is from the 90s right before they went away and the other one is another triangle patch they use in the 80s.
