US site is all screwed up for Paypal customers. Keeps telling me "please enter required values", but doesn't tell me what is missing. What a shame.

Just got an email from HP UK. They cancelled my order. They reckon something went wrong when they were processing the order.

This is another Oculus type debacle, I can see it coming.

I reckon it's because I am not a business customer and demand is high.

System spec: i9 9900K, Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Ultra motherboard, 32Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200 RAM, Corsair M.2 NVMe 1Tb Boot SSD. Seagate 1Tb Hybrid mass storage SSD. Don't think so, my order is going through fine, and I am not a business customer!

I just reordered it. It may be that I used a debit card that I don't normally use for such things, but the money I saved for Reverb happens to be in that account.

If they tried to debit the card and it flagged up as unusual behaviour it might not have cleared.

Typical of the sort of luck I get.

Is it true the Reverb isn't available in Canada for now?

I can’t find it anywhere up here yet, HP, Amazon, Microsoft, Best Buy, no one is listing it yet.

I think I got my issue figured out with the HP US site. I had a special character in my shipping address that it didn't like, which the site actually told me about when I used the normal checkout button, rather than the Paypal checkout button. The Paypal checkout button seems to have issues, just in case anybody else runs into the same problem. I have a ship date of 6-18-19. :D

My order is still standing. Perhaps a swell in demand affected your order.

So you received the second Email validating your order, not just the first order confirmation?

I phoned my bank to make sure that the payment was approved for the second order. They said that the first order payment was approved and money has gone out of my account. :noexpression:

They then said that my second order was also approved and money has been taken from my account for that one also.

All the sale, billing and delivery addresses are the same, so what the hell are they playing at? It's not like I ordered one from the UK for an address in Nigeria.

I hope they are as fast at un-reserving the cash in my account as they are at reserving it. My teeth are gnashing at the thought of 600 quid in my account ringfenced for HP and receiving nothing in return.

Oh man I'm sorry to hear that. I have received the second email and the order is still in place in my hp account so far. I'm sure you can get one of your orders cancelled. HP have done a pretty poor job of launching this, it has to be said.
