Greetings Everyone!

 

This is Improving Iranian fleet skins for DCS !

Months ago, I observed a need to improve the existing DCS Iranian Fleet skins.I have taken on the project to paint all Iranian inventory, included in DCS, with 100% accuracy to make them appear authentic and more realistic.

 

Special thanks to

My dear brother Alpha_Whiskey for this outstandingMovie (OLD FIRE) and my dear friend DCS name: Gizmondo .He supplied AH1-W(J).

 

Some of the previous Iranian skins submitted by other DCS contributors have many mistakes, or are totally inaccurate.

But I didn't check if it was working alright on 2.5.2, although Chizh was asking if they can integrate them into a 'DCS project' which I assume is Iranian assets for PG map.

- I am trying to make everything in one pack and add missing skins, I started a tomcat, but dbcountries must be tweaked for some planes like the tomcat and the KJ-2000....

yes i saw your works before ,very nice jobs :thumbup:,but please paint them with more accuracy such as exact camo pattern or color and emblems to make them very close to real ones, you can use real pictures and dont forget about the date of taken pictures because some registers changed in history, LOL :-) the flag you have used in your skins has wrong color tone and wrong emblem (SU-24) ! i ll check all skins which is made for IRAN and will inform you the mistakes .

alomost got them all

I managed to create a new tomcat slot and skin for IRAN but i cant put IRIAF on it because the side is mirrored and it will appear inverted on the other side

yes I will , but the priority is with real skins :)

i think for M-2000C we can use iranian mirage F1 skins !!! F-15C and F/A18C can have skins like Iranian F-14A asian minor and blue-grey ! but for AV8 i have no idea !:doh::helpsmilie:
