TheWalrus
I'm having the same problem. DCS just instantly closes and makes no attempt to download the hornet module. The autoupdate_log does not change after this either. I'm fairly sure this is my fault for messing around with installs because the repair tool doesn't fix it. Anyway, the same thing happened to me with the Persian Gulf, but I fixed it by manually installing the module through the command line. Does anyone know the specific name that DCS gives the hornet module in the download manager?

mac22
Help Hornet not Working and DCS World Not Updating Had some issues with the hornet not install - seems you need to have installed an update before you can install the Hornet which wasn't ready when the Hornet was released...…………….! However my update to DCS world has now finally popped up - but it failed to install because I had some other notification window boxes open from when I tried to originally install the Hornet! - now I think my auto updater will not check and run the update for another 24 hours (I think!) - how do you force it not run an update of DCS World before it checks again tomorrow? any help appreciated...………………..?
