Believe me, I've waited as long as you have. I've bought everything these guys ever produced going back to the mid-ninetys.

 

 

I know... I know... I can wait a few more hours. Just seems like it would have been smarter to update the 2.5 Open Beta first...

its only freaking 9:48 AM they will get it out TODAY. they didnt say when.. they said today. relax and go to work and come home and it will be ready.

 

 

It is in your timezone. For me it is 17:08 or 5 PM. We are waiting pretty much the whole day already. PG release was very smooth compared to the current waiting.

Hope well get the update soon. The downloads will take their time.

I dont think anyone is ungrateful, everyone's just a little on edge there was some major hype built up around this release, and its natural for people to want it ASAP.

 

 

True, which is why I'm gonna go tanning and then cycling in the Gatineau Park... It's way to sunny and gorgeous outside to obsess over a new release for a game...

Just tried loading 2.5 Open Beta a minute ago. No error at least this time. I'd call that progress... but still no update. :doh:

install problem

 

I open DCS 2.5 and it tells me I can install F/A 18, but when I click ok I get a grey box - with big red crossed circle - dcs version 2.5.2.17559 is not available

any ideas

Hornet download results in: ERROR: Version 2.5.2.17559.377 is not available.

 

Just came home from work, to start downloading the Hornet. But I get this message instead.

Should I take this as a sign that thousands of people are trying to download the Hornet and the server can't keep up? :helpsmilie:

The Update is required to install the Hornet Module.

 

Do not try and Force install using Command Line, and do not try and force update using command line.

So if we don't get an update prompt, even with your utility we are in essence in limbo until it is available correct? Nothing wrong on our end?
