Sorry to be off the actual topic but I have to leave a big WOW for the new wing flex video somewhere

I it looks super cool, I wonder if it actually has any impact on the aerodynamics like it would IRL?

Does anyone knows which aircraft does he mean here ?

" Is there hope for an F-4 Phantom? If so, would it be off the mark wishing that the developer is Heatblur using the multi-crew experience and technology created building the Tomcat?

The Phantom is such a legendary aircraft that we will certainly simulate it. For now, we already have another aircraft (an eagerly awaited one) to work on after the Viper "

Thank you

We know they are working on the long awaited Mi-24 Hind. My guess is he meant that one.

Some things have to be left for DCS 4.0 ;)

Lol true. Id rather they spend more time on sensors and EW modeling anyhow.

It was just a Weekend news as usual...

Last year on the same date it was a presentation of what was planned for 2019.

So, no such a presentation this year ?

Yes. Perhaps still in the works and to come before the year runs out.

Why should they do another "planed modules" newsletter? They showed us in 10 dev-updates in the last newsletters what they are working on. A "planed modules" newsletter would only serve one purpose - that everybody has something to "whine" about again like with the one from last year because ED didn't release things they "promised"....

Modules: KA-50, A-10C, FC3, UH-1H, MI-8MTV2, CA, MIG-21bis, FW-190D9, Bf-109K4, F-86F, MIG-15bis, M-2000C, SA342 Gazelle, AJS-37 Viggen, F/A-18C, F-14, C-101, FW-190A8, F-16C, F-5E, JF-17, SC, Mi-24P Hind, AH-64D Apache

System: Win 10 64bit, Ryzen 3800X, 32gb RAM DDR4-3200, Gigabyte Aorus 1080ti XE ,1 x Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB NVMe, 2 x Samsung SSD 2TB + 1TB SATA, MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals - VIRPIL T-50CM and VIRPIL MongoosT-50 Throttle - Oculus Rift S, using only the latest Open Beta DCS Settings PD 1.5

With ED there are no promises, just annoucements about the main direction that's going to be taken for the next year....

When you look at what was announced for 2019, the contract is almost 90% fulfilled by ED

...so there's nothing to complain about...Even for those like me who expected much more in the development of the Mi-24...:music_whistling:
