It may be that its simply easier to find data or video sources for western militaries right now. No, there is no conspirology behind this fact. "WW II aircraft" means that German planes got this improper deviation by mistake too. And the news was about the dispersion only for one contemporary gun - GAU-8. It was stated in the newsletter that M61 had its 8 mils D80%.
