AvroLanc
When jettisoning the external fuel tank, the fuel doesn't go with it..... With approx 125% fuel I jettisoned the tank (and visually confirmed tank has gone) and the fuel level stays exactly where it is. I don't think this is right.... Corrigan
It's not right, but it may be how the aircraft behaves too. I don't remember reading about that in the SFI, maybe someone else does. renhanxue
As far as I understand the SFI, jettisoning the drop tank or getting a drop tank fuel feed failure should update the fuel meter correctly and indicate only what's available internally, so it's probably a bug. AvroLanc
After some testing, I do see the fuel level drop when jettisoning the tank, under some conditions... What these conditions are, I don't know yet, needs more testing. There's a bug in there somewhere.
microvax
If you start from runway in the mission editor it seems like you got the supposed internal + external fuel as internal capacity plus the tank additionally. So If you jettison it after takeoff you still have the 100+% fuel. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] *unexpected flight behaviour* Oh shiii*** ! What ? Why ? What is happening ?
