MSSFFB 2 USB Joystick drivers

Not needed at all. MSFFB drivers are embed in Windows.

Yes, just need plug the joystick and leave Windows 7, 8, 10 install their drivers.

 

What you lost from old drivers - that work only for Windows98 and previous versions is:

 

1 - Is no more possible easy adjust adjust Force Feedback effects, specially the "gamey" cannon recoil - this part of software now is not include in Windows. *

 

2 - The Microsoft keyboard emulation - that "press joy buttons to press keyboard keys to press commands in games".

For 2 assign buttons direct in games controls, or use Joy2Key, XPadder, both simple to configure and ease to use.
