Mic3000
Rockets on pylons 1 and 9 can not be fired. Rockets on pylons 2 and 8 are functioning well. Illumination of head up display is strong, so target can not be seen clearly behind the HUD symbols. HUD brightness control should be made working. Mic3000
According manual pylons 19 and 28 are suitable for rockets. Also in several missions having rockets on these stations and bombs on others is standard configuration. It looks like bug to me. Acknowledged that HUD brightness control not functioning yet. myHelljumper
The 2000 alow only 1 type of AG ordinance so it's rocket OR (not AND) bombs. It also does not support more than one type of bomb, so it's only mk-82 or only mk-82s or only belougas... Mic3000
Just rechecked with latest DCS version 1.5.5. Mixed load with rockets and different bombs functioning. Also mixing different bombs functioning. But no way to fire external rockets on pylons 1 and 9, even if only rockets are loaded. Must be bug. myHelljumper
Ok so when you read the manual you must have missed this : This text means than you can load different bombs/rockets but it will not always work. This is working as intended and is not a bug. So I did tests : When I load rockets only on outer pylons they fire. When I load rockets only on inner pylons I have to select INT on the right of the top row of the PCA for them to fire, but they fire. When I load rockets on outer and inner pylons I can select if I want to fire the inner, the outer or both with the EXT and INT buttons on the right of the top row of the PCA. There is indeed a bug : When rockets are loaded only on inner pylons, the INT should be selected by default on the PCA. If you still have problems please post a video so we can see what you are doing. zaelu
You can load whatever you want but don't expect the weapon control system to actually work properly... this is what the manual say this is what you experience so... Robin_Hood
However, you can probably load anything you want and then use the manual backup pipper to drop your bombs (not sure how rockets would work in this case, though) 2nd French Fighter Squadron
