This is usually a driver issue, I would do a clean GPU driver install and see if it helps

Had DCS stop working another couple of times when in the Spit and bending it on roll out, using NVidia driver 376.33 on a msi gtx780ti.

I also have BoS installed after there 2.006c update my game crashed after 20-30 seconds, Han at IL2 believes it is an NVidia driver problem for 780 cards, they recommend using NVidia driver 368.81

I can now run BoS without a ctd, seems to be ok with DCS as well.
