Rangi
It sure beats the other film in which tomcats feature prominently. I have not seen it since I was a kid and just remember loving it until the anticlimactic ending. PC: 6600K @ 4.5 GHz, 12GB RAM, GTX 970, 32" 2K monitor. QuiGon
i really wanted to see a real battle between the USS nimitz and its fighters against the japanese fleet but we didn't get such an ending Someone recreated this scenario in Command Modern Air Naval Warfare and put up an After Action Report of his playthrough here: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=3576649&mpage=1&key= As expected the american carrier and its aircraft won the battle, but not without losses. Dumb bombs dropped on a WW2 carrier by A-7 Corsairs is still dangerous, but the Walleyes are deadly though. :D Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing! Yurgon
When I first watched it, the idea of time travel hadn't yet been beaten to death. But even today, I think it's one of the best time travel plots in the history of cinema. The music is also extremely good, the actors are superb, and the idea of preventing the Pearl Harbor attack is simply fascinating. Definitely one of my all time favorite movies! Plus, Jolly Rogers FTW. ;)
