txmtb
Ok, so I had held out on Nevada since my ISP blocks Torrent use and locks your account. But I had to be at a hospital today with 100M WiFi and managed to load DCS 2.0 and then install Nevada using the command prompt updater. I'm not planning on using it on this laptop. So is there a way for me to transfer the files, either downloaded or installed, to my gaming rig and then activate Nevada on it? Thanks! SkateZilla
Copy/Paste to a Ext. Drive, Hook to Gaming PC, Copy Paste the install on Gaming PC. ricktoberfest
There's a post around here showing how to add it to your registry once it's on the other computer. After you do that then the different versions only download new stuff instead of repeating the same downloads for each version Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
cichlidfan
Why not just copy from one machine to the other, over the OP's home network? Unless the home network is very slow, that will probably be faster. DTWD
Well you have two other options as well: 1) You tell your ISP that torrents aren't all bad, it's a technology not anything illegal. 2) You could just download it normally. Before the torrents start click cancel, this switches to HTTP mode. Regards [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
txmtb
Thanks guys! Wasn't sure about the copy/paste but will give it a try and search for the registry changes. My ISP does suck, but they're the only one around here. Fought them on it before. Mom and Pop operation basically.
