I was happy with it, but the second time I tried to launch my DCS 1.5.3

it blocked at 10% and stopped. Luckily, I had made a backup of the original Mission

editor files, and I could repair it. But there is definitely a problem here,

please advise.

 

can you give more details?

does it mean that 2nd time, you failed to enter dcs 1.5.3 main menu but stuck at loading screen or failed to enter dcs sim world after click 'fly'?

Hi, uboats, checked the mod in 1.5.3.openbeta.steam, works well so far. One question about the rotating models, I noticed some planes are centered well and they spin around their center (like the BAe Hawk) while others are spinning around a point behind their tail so they look zoomed out in order to fit inside the box (like the MiG-21bis). Do you think that is due to the problem with the modelview component?

 

i observed the same, will investigate, could you try it in Encyclopedia, and check mig-21?

p-51 and tf-51: checked all countries (mainly usa and russia have few skins what do not change but few others skins are ok - and have weird specular silver lights on many skins too)

could you share your mission file? I didn't meet such issue

v1.7: fix OB not changing skin issue, also for OA

but OA still has issue for F-86 and F-15, no idea

Copied your mod to the specified folder,

overwriting the original files, having made a previous backup,

then started DCS 1.5.3, loaded all my missions, attached in the.zip,

but the second time I tried to launch my DCS 1.5.3

it blocked at 10% and stopped. Restarted Windows, no way, blocked at 10%

Luckily, I had made a backup of the original Mission

editor files, and I could repair it. But there is definitely a problem here....

I have only been able to try this for the first time tonight and I am so impressed.

 

For years we were being told this could never be implemented into DCS and I so loved that facility in LockOn.

 

Bugs and all this is wonderful, well done uboats, I love having this back again.

and i dont know in which file it exists

 

me script will not be loaded during DCS startup IIRC

Then I will finish the code and debug as much as I can to hopefully make it bug free.

The mod can have an option to be switched between in-window and fullscreen?.

maybe LNS artist didn't put the mig-21 at the center in 3dsmax

Sorry guy, my PC turned off suddenly this morning, and cannot power on:

1. the PSU tried to turn on several times itself, but then turned off immediately,

2. when I press the power button, the power button blue light on/fan spins, then power off soon again,

3. if i press the power button again, no response, but if i unplug/plug PSU cable or turn off/on PSU indicator, and then wait for a few second, and then try to press power button, 2 happened

4. this happened 3 days ago, and after tried and waited for a few minutes, it restored and work till today.

 

Can anyone help or any hint?
