[REPORTED]Clouds show below power lines

When driving a Vulcan in Nevada, I noticed the power lines disappearing behind the clouds.

Cloudbase was set at 2000 meters, with a thickness of 1000 meters using standard weather settings.

As you can see in the screenshot below, the pylon is below the clouds, while the lines are above them.
