AP slave mode

So, I know how to work around the camera, I have E key mapped to slave mode - question is, how do you actually use this function.

In auto-hover mode I want the helo to turn where the camera is pointing, but pressing E does noting. What is step by step procedure here (dont seems to be in the manual).

Did you try the weapons training mission? When it tells you to set the mode to "pilote" the heli turns with the camera as soon as it hits the gimbal limit.

Ok I just did the training mission and slave option worked in hover mode as intended- not sure what was causing lack of it in my editor - will test it more - thanks for reply!

 

edit - it could just be my malfunctioning E key - need to double tap it for some reason in order to AP slave kick in. NVM, problem solved.
