That's a good question for ED. Baltic Dragon is working on a A-10C campaign for the NTTR map which may give you what you want. You can read his thread here.

 

For help with training there is the flight manual (obviously) but also these training missions (under Training) in the main game menu:

Good thoughts but.....Been there , done that and lots of other training situations. They dont teach the scope and depth of the things that the A-10C Basic Flight Training Qualification DLC tests for.
