Did you set the correct path to your DCS installation on the App Settings tab?

On the same tab: what are your VR Interface Settings?

 

Looking at your log DCS started in VR and it detects your Oculus Rift S so it should work:

Can it be that you have set up Guardian on another spot/place then the one you sit in when you run DCS?

Because if i do that, your headset will show DCS within the Guardian boundary you have set up and you might not see it when you sit behind your desk.

 

If this is not the case, what do you see if you just run the Oculus software (don't run DCS) and put on the headset?

For the last little while DCS will do this to me if I try to launch it from within the oculus white matrix room. Launch from the desktop once the link is connected is fine. Might not be your problem but thought it was worth sharing.

Happens when things start to get a bit too much. Try upping the VR pre-rendered frames in Nvidia control panel (if you are Nvidia user). It can help with this.

Not that I’ve noticed, there is and has always been a bit of noticeable rendering stutter when looking far to the sides at low level. That’s not exacerbated though.

however after reading how much V33 improves things figured I would give it a go yesterday.   Wow smooth, clear and no stutters.  Very very impressed.      
 

so now I need to make a choice, 2D or VR and cancel the MFD order I still have outstanding. 
 

BUT whatever I decide, blooming impressed at the improvements that have been made here

I was happy with V31 (on Rift S) but then i forgot to block the upgrade and when it upgraded to V32 i had again something... oh crap Oculus...(and no option to roll back) but V33 came quite quickly after that. Now everything is good again like V31 was. This time i blocked further upgrades. I'm gonna stick with V33 for as long as possible.

I use my MFD’s no problem in vr, all muscle memory and nice to have.  Don’t need to see them to use them

So does that just affect accessing online content and your Oculus library of games, or will the software still run offline and allow you to still run DCS VR? I'm not home at the moment to try it, just curious whether it will work when I get home tonight if the services are still down. Another downside to the Oculus and the FB tie I suppose. Hopefully it happens very rarely.

Yes DCS VR still works, all "unknown sources" stuff works, software downloaded through the Oculus app doesn't work atm.

quest 2 working perfectly fine in dcs via link right now...  oh and if the Facebook platform forever disappeared miraculously due to this I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
