Whilst we all understand how difficult it is for everyone to just wait and not ask pointless questions, by not asking, they would release more pixels for ED to use to actually make an announcement. Also, here is a very subtle hint. If there isn't an announcement, then you can be pretty sure there won't be an update. Looking back over recent announcements, you will also notice that they are generally made on a Friday, generally about the same time of day, and that will be in around 8 or so hours from now if there is to be an announcement and an update today. I hope that helps you with your terrible dilemma. I don't recall mentioning a dilemma, way to try and start a flame war that has no place here. Anyway I was more looking for rumors or posts from other threads such as We plan to update 2.0 next Friday. I have asked the team to make sure the AI fix is included. from wags. Although that patch has still yet to release. 2.0 is awesome except for the broken items that have been fixed but for reasons unknown to us, not patched. This product gets me excited and disappointed all at the same time. Its really time to bring the new sandbox to its complete stage. Releasing teeny-tiny weekly updates won't make that progress, that DCS actually needs. First 2.5, then everything else. They build a new version, its released to internal testing, if it doesnt pass, they arent going to release it. This can happen any day of the week. Its nothing new, its just the way it is. No new build is ready for public consumption today. Rule of thumb, if you see a changelog released, a new update is imminent, if you dont hear anything, chances are high there is no update coming.
