AFAIK the M2000C's cockpit is not compatible with NVGs in real life, so it won't be implemented in DCSW.

 

As I said few days ago, the cockpit is not compatible but pilots are able to use NVG officially since january 2016, but they received few trainings during the 90's....

So does the radar elevation scan at a certain altitude or a range of different altitudes? is it like Su-27 radar elevation or like F-15?

Wait? it wont do a warmup on the ground?

I recall the devs mentioned you won't be able to operate it on the ground.

I am not specialist, but to me it kind of make sense, to not radiate your mates on the ground while waiting for taxi clearance. But, it's just my reasoning of course.

Fix roll/heading trim control in autopilot
Is this concerning the green heading bug control during AP? Because if it is, it's still not working.

I can't find Azrayen's post but that is the point, it is not used for that, it was incorrectly used for that before.

As far as I understood Az' the green bug should be moved by the trim controls during AP engagement. What's not supposed to control it is the knob next to the HSI. Or did I miss something? (Damn work doesn't let me be in the forum 24/7! ;) )

 

By DCS World somehow doesn't update. I started the DCS_updater.exe and the normal Run.exe but it still shows me DCS version 1.5.3.50487 instead of 1.5.3.51171. Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong?

 

Stable version wasn't updated yet, only the beta branch.

Yes, you've to turn the switch on standby or other position, then when you take off the warm up procedure will start by itself

The warm-up procedure should already count at ground. There are NATO standards, like radar trail departures, where you need the radar direct after take-off.

with 2/5/2016 update, did you touch the INS system ? cause since that update has on DCS 2.0 and now 1.5.3, the INS is inaccurate, waypath on hud are far from where they should be, the hud indicator has a very strange behaving (even if i'm waitting those famous 8min. synchro.) ??

 

did I miss something ?

 

Love last update :D lights for nigth Flight Hummmm :pilotfly:, Radar and antena systems, the azimut system following the select cursor, love it :D

If by "waypath on hud", "hud indicator" you mean the triangle below your course, it's not supposed to point to the next waypoint. (It did earlier incorrectly). It's supposed to show your wind corrected course. The implementation is still WIP.
