It should be available in the latest version of DCS 1.5. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing! The post you quoted is 3 years old... The simulator in the upper picture is modelling a Saab J35 Draken and not a Viggen and the lower cockpit picture is from the JA Viggen variant, so completely different. Very confusing.
