Our aircraft is great, so I guess the question would be is CA getting a major damage modeling update? Also a side bit the gau 8 ballistic spread is to great currently. It wasn't always like this. As long as DCS 2 has been in development maybe newer and better things have come along. With direct x 12 right around the corner, why would you release something that wont use it? I honestly think they should wait a while until this technology is released. Unless it is really easy to integrate it when available. This is just 1 example. I'm not sure if there was anything significant in this interview, because I didn't want to pay for a magazine just to see what was written about DCS 2. Wasn't there a time where the pilot could get into a vehicle and drive it...or was supposed to be able to do so? That would be cool if a downed pilot could commandeer a vehicle and beat it back to friendly territory or a base. So if Wags said they hope to release DCS W2 the first half of 2015...and it is only the end of April...um that means there is two more months of hope. And it was not a promise. Yes...an update would be a kind gesture. Overteasing is a thing, you're reaching a point where it's working counterproductive, making some people to even quit (!) (including you & and me for example). I told it's now being very arrogant from ED to ignoring us customers when asking for some small news (3 Sentence FB update?). It's not crazy, the posts in question were deleted because... They state that EDGE was developped cooperatively with ED and the logo is a bit reminiscent of BST, if I´m not mistaken. Also: http://smartgraf.com/terrain-constructor/ Looks very promising.
