scheffchen
I was wondering why dcs f15c flaming cliffs costs the same 20$ as dcs flaming cliffs 3 which includes all the flaming cliffs airplanes. Where's the difference? Kind regards Boris 9900k, 2080TI, 64GB, ssd, valve index, Thrustmaster on virpil, virpil cm2 throttle, tpr pedals, mfd. McBlemmen
There is no difference. I think they will end up releasing every FC3 AC as a standalone, and then take FC3 off the market and then they'll earn more money/ Mo money mo sims.

EagleTwoThree
Yup. I'm already simming with A10C and Huey. Today, I picked up FC3, P51D, and Blackshark 2. I'd get the Mi-8, but it's just too damn ugly. SAM77
I'd get the Mi-8, but it's just too damn ugly. Eagle Funny that is my reason for not buying the Huey. Huey looks crap in any colour. Mi8 at least looks pretty badass in black. Sceptre
Really? I guess people have different tastes because I think both choppers look really cool. Abburo
Both are so ugly and this is the reason why they are flying: the earth is rejecting them. And because they are so ugly you will remember and recognize them anytime, anywhere, anyhow. However, they are great machines ... all of them, and the simulation level makes them even greater ;) Romanian Community for DCS World HW Specs: AMD 7900X, 64GB RAM, RTX 4090, HOTAS Virpil, MFG, CLS-E, custom

AussieGhost789
I'm so torn between getting the Huey or Blackshark while the sale is on! Any pointers or things to consider? Looking at the sale prices, the Ka-50 is winning out at the moment. But I'm not sure if I want a seemingly dedicated weapons platform, or if I want something that would seem to have more variety. Help me choose!! Just saw the actual thread about this question. Don't mind me... Edited June 5, 2014 by AussieGhost789 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

leafer
I'd go for Black Shark 2 module; it's quite a killing machine, and a joy to fly. If and when ED give us playable infantry then pick up the Huey. i did!! proud new owner of... - A-10C - FC3 - Combined Arms - P-51 8) Turn off Auto rudder and take-off assistance, and Let us know how that first take off goes with the Stang. :D Edited June 5, 2014 by leafer ED have been taking my money since 1995. :P

I kind of prefer the Huey just because the cockpit seems more logical from a western perspective. Also, when dual cockpit functionality finally lands you'll be lonely in the shark! sungsam
If you like it more "tactical" and "complicated" go for Blackshark. If you like it more "hot action CAS" way go for Huey Go for both !
