Hello Devrim,

Why not, I know the quality of your work and if you make the SU-25T it's super...

Bye, Skull.

Honestly, I'd love conversions for all of the Russian airframes, although I appreciate how much hard work it is to create them and keep them up to date!

Maybe in the near future (or if not anyone won't make it).

Hmm, maybe I can take this on me as a "mission". :) In time, I can complete all Russian planes, but I feel that some friends have objection about making English cockpit (conversations from MP server sessions). They say "this is actually not right. Russian planes should be flown with original cockpit", etc. I told them that this was having fun in spare time and a kind of hobby... ...

Whatever... Back to message: The harder part that takes lots of time is cleaning Russian texts. Making mod isn't adequate reason to request a cockpit template from ED. :) So, you have to really be patient while working in (most of times) a few pixel-area with tricky Photoshop techniques. Second harder part is translating. For me, translating is "now" placed second row, because I spend the main time while working on Su-27. I guess that all Russian planes have common terms, devices and panels. That's why newer translation jobs would be easier.

And easy parts are -you know- writing and placing texts, save all graphics and prepare them as a mod file. :) Keeping them up to date depends on that what ED did changes on the graphics. With last update ED did huge updates on Su-27 cockpit textures. Luckily it wasn't difficult to fit texts on new textures. After this, I don't think that ED will major changes on Su-25T or Su-33 textures, though.

Well, summer is coming. All planes... Why not...

As I said before..I like the russian labels in the russian planes better..just because..there are no clickable cockpits..so I don`t really need to know what the buttons do anyway..and with russian labels the birds feel more "realistic" to me. But Devrim..your work is awesome. And loads of people really appreciate your work (me included of course..your english Mi-8 Pit is one of the very few absolute must have mods out there). So we are all very thankfull, that you put all this time in your mods..and if there are guys out there who don`t want/need the english labels for the russian FC3 aircrafts..so what..they don`t have to install them. So keep up the great work! You and your mods are absolutely an enrichment to our little community:thumbup:

Yes that's right, you're right. That thought had crossed my mind, and I went through all the files from the Su-33 cockpit, and I have not seen. It's my fault that I looked older cockpit and not the new one. Thank you my friend.

Hey no problem. As in the words of Peter Parkers dad: "With great mods comes great responsability." :D

Beside I really like those English cockpit mods and are so happy they exists.

What about Su-33? :music_whistling:

Hi. I'm back.

Today after your message, I thought I checked mod compatibility for v1.2.10, but I just wanted to be sure.

Now I've checked again. My mod's files are already in DDS format. I didn't see any file that is changed from TAG to DDS in original zip file, but even it's true, it has nothing to do with my mod.

Shortly; This mod is working with v1.2.10 - Could you please re-install mod or check your installation way. If problem persist, we'll try to solve it.

...What about Su-33? :music_whistling:
It's in my plan, but waiting for DCS v2.0 :)

See you...

I downloaded your mod again and it seems that I have installed an older version of your mod.

Haven't tested it in 1.2.10 now but when I see the new downloaded files I have a very good feeling that it will work in 1.2.10.

Sorry for the unnecessary disturbance

Hello,

I am having some issues: I followed the instructions in the txt file, however the cockpit became completely black. I am not using any other cockpit mods for the su-27. Great mod idea btw!:D

Edit: For some reason placing the file unzipped made it work. The mod is great, thank you a lot!
