  1. Hey, fellas. Many of you have probably enjoyed Hasard's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riZYJ8lP3nE) as have I. I was watching his "Clean Viper Max Speed Run" video today and began to think that this would be a good time to test my suspicions that our current (albeit very W.I.P., O.B., and ever-improving) Viper is, frankly, too fast. Either because it's overpowered or drag isn't fully implemented yet. These suspicions began when I was being engaged by a Viper with 2 bags and 6 AMRAAMS and flying level (from a take-off start with full fue
  2. finally starting to fly the warthog II and doing the training missions. In the tutorial the instructor tells me to push coolie hat down short or J to switch mfd pages. this doesnt work. not even pressing the J short. coolie down long does display the dsms pages but short does nothing. is this a bug or is it removed due to realism?
  3. I saw in a couple of videos that you can change radar range by bumping cursor up down on radar screen edge...But whem i do that my rdr range does not change - anybody know why?
  4. Hi Would some be able to assist me in solving my problem. when I start up the F18 just say instant action free flight as an example, once in the cockpit the master AV power switch is always off. I'm using a TM warthog, been using it with the F16 since its release with no issue's, all of a sudden this is happening. I've checked all switches and nothing seems to be an issue. Thank you FE
  5. I'm learning the F-18C and so far I got the ground attack mode mastered, but I having serious issues with learning how to use the air-air radar. I watched several videos on YouTube as well as doing the tutorials and it doesn't seem that complex, but I just can't get the STT or TWR mode to lock or even when I can see the aircraft in the distance. My radar setup is similar to what I see in the videos, but nothing seems to work. I am really frustrated at this point.   6. I've tried to assign the coordinates from an airfield (Gudauta) to a mark point (MK1) via HSI/DATA page, but that didn't work. Is it intended that mark point data isn't editable as it does with waypoints? FA-18C MarkPointsNotEditable.trk
  7. There is a work around for refueling the jet on the ground with empty external tanks. Open the refueling door, and ask for refuel. The tanks will start to take on fuel. I don’t know if it works for other jets. I was told this by a squadron mate, and it works. Give it a try. Hope it helps.
  8. Ive been flying a few night ops lately and found the IFEI dimmer is not effecting the light output on this panel at all. The rest of the cockpit I can dim to night setting but you end up with a bright glowing IFEI panel, not too big a deal but it would be nice to have the whole cockpit at night brightness settings.   9. Can sensitivity of the Barometric Setting Knob be lowered a little bit I feel its way to sensitive now, my mouse setting is 950dpi and it feel way too much for the mentioned knob.

FLIR set to on, Litening TGP Enters blank operating mode when warmed up, pressing undesignate once does not enter snowplow mode, must press double to first enter VVSLV and then double again to switch to snowplow mode, some tutorials say it needs one press to enter snowplow mode, but nothing is mentioned in the early access manual.   15. Since the last update, E-Bracket appears to get stuck and not react to pilot input (speed changes) during landing. Is this a bug or perhaps I'm doing something wrong? Before, once I lower landing gear, the E-Bracket would work just fine.
  16. AI, both wingmen and full AI flights navigate mountainous and hilly terrains very poorly. In airplanes they will often fly themselves into a "energy corner" where no matter what they do, they will fly into the ground, even when trying to avoid it. This is exacerbated when they are trying to defend. They will even fly into the ground on occasion in even slightly hilly terrain trying to avoid a Phoenix shot from 30nm away.   17. I don't know if it is working as intended but I doubt it. Obviously there is slots for multiple gunsight wingspans available in the jet from 1-127. Those slots are scrollable with increment switch. But setting one profile to a wingspan value sets it to all the profiles overriding all profiles. It is not possible to set multiple profiles at the moment. Seems very fishy from the look of it, but maybe it works like this. nvidia replay is currently uploaded to youtube so the quality might still be bit low but get better as HD version is processed at this time.
  18. Hi, I thought, I saw a bug report about this issue, but can't find it anymore. Seems, there is a graphic layer to much, hiding informations from the right corner and the center. It's almost impossible to read Data there from the HSI or Attack Radar page, nor the SA page.
  19. Hi, Is it possible to change the Rate of Fire (ROF) of the M61 gun on the Viper? I believe there is a choice between 4000 rounds per minute (rpm) and 6000 rpm on the FA/18 and this depends on the weapon and not the aircraft (platform).   20. Where is the space bar in my Spit? This is actually in all tutorials from all modules, but here, in a Spitfire module is the most annoying. Beautiful made cockpit, nice audio voice commands, even edited with 1944 radio effect and then... please press a space bar to continue. I guess I'm the only one who get annoyed by this. It's like all those modules was made for some dumb arcade shooter, not a flight simulation. It completely destroys the immersion. The best solution would be just to cut off all the audio lines with it, and leave text messages.
  21. Hi, I usually fly without Rudder pedals and rely on autorudder to coordinate my turns. This works fine on the other warbirds and allows me to just use the twist grip on my X-55 for fine adjustments while lining up a target. Last night while flying the P-47 I noticed that when I feed in some Rudder manually to line up a ground target, the autorudder function fights the input and forces the aircraft to remain coordinated, causing me to miss the target.
  22. Lasing activates immediately after weapon release. At the same time HUD displays "laser" timing starting from 120secs. The lasing turns off and LTD/R switch resets to "OFF" position after countdown reaches zero (long after actual impact to target takes place). Track attached. 20210130-03.trk

  24. ok, never had an issue on the 10c, tried diff resolutions as well, so just gonna ask now, when i look at the hud, i dont see pippers, or for example the bomb site till i get Pull up/pull up!! so i drop my seat/and or view point, np then, i see them just fine, but then of course i dont see the bottom of the hud? its like for me its got stretched to long, i have been adding a few extra things recently on the hardware side and wondering if something like that may be the prob, but i doubt it, its really like i need to shrink the image to fit......hope you get my meaning here
  25. It seems like after 15 min or so the backup horizon starts to tumble. I don't recall ever having an issue with it before, but now its very unstable. Any suggestions?
