  1. Yet another issue I found with DCS: F-16C Viper. Now I know this airplane is very much work in progress but it appears this is a very specific bug I was unable to replicate until very recently. Condition: Aircraft - F-16C Viper DCS Version - 2.5.6.61527 Open Beta Map - Caucasus (not a factor) Environment - Multiplayer hosting a server (not a factor, also happens as a client) Weather - Clear (not a factor) Time of day - Morning (not a factor) Mission - Simple AGM-65 Maverick mission (not a factor).   2. I use T flight hotas and I have strange issue when realesing bombs. When I push and release weapon realese button with ccip or auto mode it doesn't release bombs like it does ralt-space. I have to actually double click flight stick realese button before it do anything?
  3. I've been playing on MP server (Hoggit) and one thing I was really annoyed with is that HAWK isn't really shooting at anything, so what is wrong with it? There is SR and TR and Launchers and hostile planes are well within range but nothing is happening, I'm heading south Is there something that needs to be done with it? Really have no idea about deploying those systems but it feels like they are not working properly. Patriot is firing at the hostiles but HAWK is just not responding.

  6. The radar sweeps but will not pick up a moving target on ground or sea. I was flying a mission that I set up, and instead of turning off A/G and turning on A/A, I simply selected the AMRAAM with the switch on the stick (Thrustmaster F-18 model) and fired the missle. When I switched back to A/G, I could change ranges, change modes, but moving targets did not display on the radar. I switched over to the TPOD and locked on the target, and the lock crosshair displayed on the SMT radar where the target should be, but the target did not.   7. I have mapped both the "Autopilot PITCH" (up and down) as well as the "Autopilot ROLL" (up and down) to four separate buttons on my throttle. The up and down actions for "Autopilot ROLL" behave as expected - I can cycle that switch up and down. But the up and down actions for "Autopilot PITCH" do not work. I can visibly see the briefest of movements when I trigger the buttons in question, but the switch doesn't stay in either the up or down position - it immediately returns to center. I am using a VIRPIL CM3 throttle (the latest). I have tried di
  8. Steam version, open beta, latest update. A2G master mode, bomb, ccrp selected. TGP as SOI. I am able to slew it. However, TMS right, doesn't go into area track - nothing happens on the TGP. TMS up doesn't go into point track, nothing happens on the TGP. Only TMS Down appears to work by resetting the TGP to the waypoint. f-16 no tgp point-area.trk
  9. No crash log was generated because the game simply froze up. But tonight in M/P, I was selecting QTY of 2 from two racks and as soon as I di so, the game locked up and I had to Ctrl/Alt/Del to close it.

Hey folk, Went through the start sequence for the F18, did the fire test and although the warning lights operated correctly no Bitchin Betty sounds came on, all the switch/engine/external sounds work ok, tried the radio calls an although the "subtitles" came up, once again no verbal radio calls/answers worked, not sure WTF is going on.....   11. Hi When I sit inside the A10cII and look around, I see a landscape that may be foggy, and if I look in a different direction, it can all be very clear. Now I have noticed that if I fly in the direction where it is foggy and see through the HUD, then numbers and text in the HUD also become indistinct. If I look in the other direction, where everything was clearer, numbers and text also become much clearer. This phenomenon also occurs with numbers and text in the HMD. Is it a bug and can it be fixed? I use VR and HP Reverb G1

  13. F18 hornet trim was working last week now not working horizontal elevator on full nose up trim and won't trim nose down all bindings were set as before, even did a repair and still no joy. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program. any suggestions . It's a older computer but runs program on Hi with no problems until now.I've got latest updates, anyway to restore older versions of program. John
  14. Hey good people, this has happened a few times since the last update as I have never experienced this prior & have dropped countless GBU12 in the past. Flying in Syria map at 20k first release of Paveway is fine but then the second bomb sometimes will not release. I have no track file as cannot show my thumb pressing & holding down the weapon release button. Hope someone can investigate this one. Regards G
  15. After the last stable patch, you can't load up any fuel tanks via the ground crew/change payload option. If you go to fuel tanks > the next option is empty. If you load an existing payload, the fueltanks were loaded correctly. Test_Fueltanks.trk
  16. Hi I use rarely this map but today, I wanted to fly in. After all, I've paid for it, some years ago. And so, bad surprise: I don't know why, but this map is a real disaster with FPS nowadays. So I thought to myself that, perhaps, it was caused by a free mods that I've put in the mission, so I've tried to make a new mission: Even in the mission editor, the FPS are a disaster. I think there is a very big issue only with with this map, because my Caucasus map and Hormuz map are running fine, in VR like before.
  17. Hello, Ive watched both Matt Wagner's and the Grim Reapers videos on dropping GBU's using the Targeting pod and I am not having any luck. The CCRP cue line is always pointing somewhere other than the target usually up against the side of the HUD into unknown space. Ive been driving the hog for sometime and I cant figure out what I am doing wrong on the 16. Initially I was just flying into the area find and lock up the target with the TGP as SOI with TMS up. The CCRP does not slew over stays on the right side of HUD. The weapon was setup in CCRP mode. I had master mode
  18. Only seems to happen in the A-10C and A-10C II, so i'm posting it here. See attached tracks - in the third track, the second missile does hit, so it may be related to the range at which the missile is fired.
  19. Hi all. Very much a newbie question I'm afraid. Sorry. I seem to be stuck in metric values. The Airdrome Data on my F-10 map is in metric, not imperial, and the tower gives me data in metric as well (wind direction in meters per second etc.) I have selected Imperial values in the settings menu and on the mission editor and yet nothing changes. Is this normal? If not has anyone seen this before? Am I missing a checkbox or is there a file that needs to be edited somewhere? Any suggestions anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated.   20. 1) Often when driving my F18 on the carrier deck the NWS doesn't work properly and instead of turning away from the edge of the deck it goes straight, sometimes into the ocean. It's random. 2) Sometimes, after landing on a carrier and rearming and refueling the crew ignores me at the catapult and wont hook me up. Are they bugs? (This is the Stable Version)
  21. Hey guys! I've just bought the A-10C II, and upon trying to start it it just doesn't work. In the log look for the "weapons.nurs.AGR_20_M151_unguided" unhandled descriptor error, I believe that's what caused it. I haven't modified the files in any way, and the normal A-10C works fine.   22. Created my own mission to better understand WEZ envelope of many SAM system, but SA-6 is not attacking an AI units. If so, than in only at some ideal conditions (slow speed,...) Most most of time launchers turn into target direction, but without action. SA-6 is fine when engaging Human player. Yes, I almost forgotten. Somebody from ED should look, how 3D model of SA-6 look like (original model from LockOn may be even older), and where missile engine flames are located (to much forward). SA-6_BUG.trk

  25. The warbirds are not showing up on radar in the F-18, F-16, and the F-15. This was tested with other players and myself and none could get a radar hit off the warbirds that we could see on the map. This seems to have started right after the new DM for the warbirds.
