Default Tutorial: OpenCokpit SIOC DCS A10 switch configuration

Hi everyone, y have made a Tutorial on how to configure a switch on DCS A10 using SIOC and OpenCockpit master board.

As you can see English is not my native languaje, I decided to write in english anyway to help all the comunity. Sorry for the errors that it might contain.

I Still have no luck with HELIOS + SIOC compatibility :-(
