Statics not appearing in Multiplayer

Afternoon,

I am working on a mission for a multiplayer operation and when hosting the mission on someone else's server I can't see any of the static units. When I test on my server and in single-player they are there. Any ideas?

They are ED statics but I have the Civil Air Craft mod installed, Servers are up to date. Here is the file as requested. I also included the version of CAM which just needs to be dropped into here Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\tech . https://cam.em-key.de/download-2/

I'll get you a version without the mod in a few hours when I wake up. But if you would like to do it yourself in the meantime just delete all the units in the top left in the ME.

It was on an up to date dedicated server that I'm having issues with, on my "normal" server it worked fine

It was all of them. Not sure what's up with it. Did you test on a normal or a dedicated?

I've got no idea then. None of the static aircraft were showing up only the vehicles

Try a cleanup and repair on the server.

 

retest and send me the log from the server.

can you run the server without the unofficial mods as well, just to see if you see a difference.

 

As far as I am aware your server is the only one seeing this issue so far.

We just ran a mission with static C-17s and some ground vehicles on the same server, no mods and still ran into the same issue of not being able to see static aircraft. The same mission was ran on a non-dedicated server and it worked fine. So either is a dedicated server issue or we have a dodgy install on our hands but that should've been fixed by the repair and cleanup right?

Cheers, I'll attach in the log files for the C-17 static mission that we used to test on the dedicated and normal servers too, to see if that'll point us in a direction.

Just tested the mission after this latest update and it the statics now work in vanilla, not to sure about modded yet, so I'll let you know the final result but thanks for the first fix.

After some more testing, we have found the issue to only arise when the client has a mod that modifies and adds navigational beacons. We have re produced this with several clients enabling and disabling the particular mod and the statics come and go depending on whether the mod is installed or not.

We appreciate your time with helping with this situation, especially with it being an unofficial mod in the end.
