In the fighterpilotpodcast the FA-18 Pilot said they always test the first tanker to have a min of one airborne pod working before they shoot planes for a mission. I released them already but the v2 version is being prepared with the Speculars files for PBR (RoughMet). The default KC-130 doesnt have it and it looks for me too matt (compared to the rest from DCS). The new version will be compatible with the other paints, plus scratches and dirts, so a light reflection effect will appear on every painting, including the US (this is the RoughMet advantage). Here is an example for comparing the coating (painting the same): FYI. this repaint (although based on real French C-130 after renovation) is fictitious because France doesnt have KC-130 tankers. Soon for download on DCS website (little shiny effect will be optional).
