Toggling view zoom.

I wish we could have a button to put and toggle between max zoom and regular zoom, much the way it is implemented in BMS. That would free up the Slider on the WH throttle for radar elevation control, Tomcat DLC control, trim axis, all sorts of stuff.

I just also think it's a much more practical way to implement the view zoom than a slider or axis. I've never found a control that does this in the game, so if it already exists, I'd love to know where it is! Ideally, it would be a toggle between RShift+Num* and NumEnter. Right now we have the two commends, but if we could have a single command that toggles between them, that would just be wonderful.
