HiJack Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 (edited) I have made a single player mission out of my target practice; actually did some more work to get target feedback also :geek: The aiming is quite limited in CA and some practice is needed. Name: Combined Arms - Target practice with hit feedback! Author: HiJack Mission type: Single player / Training. Controllable: CA The provided practice vehicles are: 2 x MBT M1A2 Abrams 1 x IFV BMP-2 1 x ATGM M1134 Stryker The provided vehicles will enable you to practice tank shells. BGM-71D TOW-2 anti-tank missile with an operational range up to 3,750m. The TOW-2 is mounted on the Stryker. You will find a TOW missile system mounted on a wide range of vehicles. The Russian 9M113 “Konkurs“ anti-tank missile with an operational range from 70m to 4000m. The 9M113 missile is mounted on the BMP-2. You are located at the shooting range with the commander and chief looking at your practice session so make it a good one. Enter the vehicle of choice (key "RALT+J") and set the handbrake on (key "H") and start by firing shells on targets in front of the tank. Armored targets are located at 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 meter in front of the 2 tanks. You can practice the vehicles heavy machine guns on unarmed and armed transport vehicles to the east and west of the tanks. Change vehicle by using the map view (key “F10”) and select the vehicle you wish to practice. All target groups will report target damage when hit. I might make my own now, but I have to calibrate it myself. These sights and shells are shoot and see where it lands, the terrain is flat which makes it harder to observe. Phase NO: 2 would be to kill a hovering helicopter.
