If your refering to the canopy opening up and down yes its not realistic the real pak fa slides the canopy back and foward, but i cant get it to do that yet only up and down animation, as for the rest of the animations of the plane they are all wip.

 

 

Edit and Use working points to have Canopy Slide/Move along a Angled Track: (Video Uploaded/Processing)

ok heres the next Update Just replace this one and delete the original pak-fa mod.

#1 Fixed location of Cannon.

 

 

#2 Fixed the external Glossines and how shinny it was.

 

 

 

#3 Pylons 1-2-12-11 now are external location but still no 3d pylons.

 

 

 

#4 Added chaff and flares count,Pak fa no longer uses unlimited flares or chaff.

 

 

"And i added beta Pak Fa cockpit"( no animations) No Lighting of anykind,this is WIP(also visibility track needs work)

 

And dont forget to save your input settings,just in case .

Well Cubanace my man just wanted to say thanks for giving us the chance to Beta test the Pak-Fa. Definitely going to fly the **** out of it tonight. So expect some feed back in a few hours. Live stream will be up if anyone wants to check it out at

Second, one suggestion. Its possible at this development stage to remove the pitot tube from the 3D model? That pitot tube was only in the first prototypes because is a special device for air values.

 

But the "standar" T-50 doesn´t have any pitot in the nose cone.

Yes i can remove it,my next model does not have one its going to be # 53 and # 55 ,glad your liking the project so far. :thumbup:

Pak Fa Project Development Update.

 

Pak Fa Project Development Update News.

#1 Fixed the Canopy Animation (Credits go to Skatezilla for teaching me).

#2 Added Correct Muzzle Cannon Position.

#3 Added Air Brake Animation.

#4 Worked on the radar and changed it to ("N-011M" ).

#5 Added Realistic Flares and Chaff Count ( 100 chaff and 96 flares).

#6 Worked on the Engine table at Mid Altitudes and Low Altitudes.

#7 Added AntiShip weapons and External pylons locations.

#8 Reworked the Weapon Stores.

#9 Worked on the Flaps and Drag Factor in SFM Table.

#10 Corrected Position Smoke on tires when landing.

 

And Last Added the Ability to Take of and Spawn at the Aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov.

 

i still have alot to fix and work on!! but i am loving all this and how this is coming along,i wish you all a great day and happy flying,il post the download link when i upload the UPDATE.:thumbup::smartass::D

Ok here is the latest Version of the Pak Fa project Download Link.

Dont forget to copy your inputs settings just in case.

 

 

The 6 internal stores are in mid section of plane,while the external stores are in wings and under fuselage,you will see in arming screen.

 

 

#1 NO more missiles sticking out in fuselage ,all that been fixed.

#2 Added the Ability to take off and Spawn in Carriers.

#3 Added Speed Break Animations.

#4 Added STOL (Short take of and Landing)

#5 Realistic Chaff and Flares Deployment,100 chaff and 96 Flares.

#6 Worked on the SFm Engine table at low and Mid Altitudes.

#7 Added "N-011M" .

#8 No external 3d models of pylons yet!!. WIP.

PAK FA PROJECT UPDATE NEWS.

 

Coded the AL-41F1 Engine Equations To a degree that it could super cruise at 60.000,used nasas engine simulator and Autodesk windtunnel to tweak the SFM data .

 

Also I am tuning its Top speed to be around M 2.0 due to the fact that there is no real data that states it can go faster.

 

"WEAPON STORES"

 

She has 12 in total.

6 internally and 6 externaly.

 

2 external stores under each wing.

2 external stores under fuselage, each store under powerplant.

2 Internal bays near the wings ,other 4 internal stores under fuselage.

 

I had to repossition each missile point so that they would all show up in the right spot in external view,i still haven't finished the 3d model for the pylons,at the moment they have no texture.

 

I did finish the Arrestor hook and it works,i already tested it.

 

"NOTE" Taking off and landing in carriers is only for those who would like to do such a thing,the real aircraft does not have that ability.

 

ALt-G for Arrestor hook and P for Drag Chute,did i say i added Drag Chute ? yes i did,but no 3d model of the chute yet ,only works and slows you down you can hear it deploy.

 

I Added IRST Optical sight also.
