Enabling Shadows still causes game to crash (even after latest update)

On the upside, I can now use HIGH Textures without crashing.

However, if I enable any type of Shadows, game crashes upon loading the mission.

Beta fresh install, gfx ATI X380 2gb.

Actually, I was wrong to call it a success. The game crashes with textures set to HIGH so in the end, the new update hasn't fixed any of the crashes I was (and still) getting.

Have you tried setting your textures to LOW?

And..here we go again. After the latest update, crashes are still present.

I have a 34" inch monitor (3440x1440) and this is something obviously causing the crashes.

If I use the settings (please see attached screenshot) on a small resolution (1280x768) the game seems to working fine. Although even then, enabling anything higher then FLAT SHADOWS would cause it to crash.

However, when I use the same settings in a full screen mode, in a 3440x1440 resolution, the game always crashes on loading.

The only way I can get the game to load under 3440x1440 is to set the TEXTURES to LOW and to completely disable Shadows.

I have a pretty good PC (Intel Quad @3.2 ghz and Ati X380 2GB) so the hardware shouldn't be the issue (and I play DSC World 1.0 just fine on max settings).
