That damn dam!

Just doing some tests for some crazy mission ideas... part of the scenario was busting the dam and flooding the town below  Well, the best I could do was putting a big scratch mark on the dam. Time to spam this thread with another clip:

TOO Mav shot

Quick draw shot with AGM65F using TDC. Actually this clip is part of longer vid shot in 3 different terrains to showcase the absence of stutter... couple of my team mates still don't believe me :music_whistling: One hour mission in SP with only 3 almost imperceptible hiccups.

Next step... overclocking the CPU without using this "turbo boost" Currently running at stock 3.3 on all cores.

Another mad run, this time over Dubai. On my current setup I don't really see any difference in performance between Caucasus (optimized) and PG. The fps over Dubai dipped slightly once or twice but there was no stutter or jitters... other then my head bopping around. There was no stutter when looking over the shoulder rapidly from side to side. Well, this was not a scientific test with numbers plastered all over the screen but it shows smoothness and that's what I care about mostly in graphics department.

I had the Mav video feed on DDI to put extra burden on GPU... and show off my Mav marksmanship :D

Mud moving with Rockeyes

While anxiously awaiting a targeting pod I've been using my MK1 eyeball (slightly degraded:smilewink:) for CAS. It still works but it took some effort to spot a moving convoy of trucks and small escort vehicles moving through city traffic at 40miles/h and trees lined up on both sides of the roads (trees set to 100%). I had to swoop down a lot lower then I would normally do.

I included my Case1 recovery after the mission... it's been a while but it's just like riding a bicycle isn't it:music_whistling:
