Thank you for replying to my email from this morning to update the forum: appreciated and no doubt reassuring to people. As to the delay itself: don't worry... I think most people will be tolerant of some degree of delay when you are bringing a new product to market. And speaking personally, I'd much rather it be done 'right' rather that 'on time, but at the expense of imperfect/ poor quality'.

 

Personally, I don't use Facebook and I have no intention of doing so. I can't stand the company. For other people that want to communicate with you on there: fine. Your and their choice. But you initiated pre-order sales through the DCS forum: please would you continue to communicate with customers on this forum?

 

One specific question I have is regarding the throttle afterburner detent. On the video currently on Youtube of a prototype there seems to be very little travel within the afterburner zone. Is this modelled accurately? I though that there was a range of throttle movement within the afterburner zone of the throttle movement in the real aircraft. Or was this just a prototype issue, that has been changed on subsequent evolution of throttle design?

2.Yes, we have ware about the afterburner problem several month ago, now it's 20%(degree) of the full travel .Thanks for Captain Lin in US, we got the message by communication with him, hope more pilot responds info to us.

Can you please go ahead and provide the dimensions of the stick and the throttle base with panel installed? The drawing on your website appears to only give dimensions when using the desk mounts.

Of course we will consider it , but the time and price not decide yet, but must expensive than full hotas.

We are not hurry to get order right now, we are focus on the quality and produce.So not discuss it before.

It's like you go buy Bigmac in McDonald's. Combo always cheaper than single order.

The combination can help them save material, labor, and other expenses. For the customer it also saves a little shipping.

thanks I ask, as in the picture of the panel it says it is coming later....

Still not that interested in the stick, but that (gigantic) throttle makes everything else look like kid toys...it is definitely on my wishlist.

Haha that picture is the standard throttle arm!

They have said in the past that we will be able to add the extension to our existing orders in time for it to be included with the stick and throttle when it is delivered. Fingers crossed that is still the case.

Side panel come with HOTAS. Extension and Z kit will begin pre order recently. All accessories will ship with HOTAS togerher if you pre order before events finish.

No and no.

Not shipping until Sept. Even for the reviewers because they didn't want to give a preproduction units to the reviewers.

And they won't sell it separately yet, but it may change in the future.

I am just interested to see if anyone actually receives anything, and if it works. The throttle unit does look pretty tasty thou.
