All of a sudden, the speed and mach indicator went to 0 for about a minutes then came back to life. Pitot heat was on. That would be an unwelcome addition to the compressor blades once that stuff started flaking off. That sure would be an interesting effect in the sim if possible. I don't see how there could be ice forming whilst climbing into colder air with a warmer airframe. Descending into warmer more moist air with a cooled airframe, sure then I guess you could see ice building up without the need for visible moisture, ie clouds, for or precipitation. http://www.masterarms.se A Swedish Combat Flight Simulator Community.
