javelina1
Well, in a previous life I was a technical writer and I have written NATOPS spec Flight Manuals, Pilot's Pocket Checklists, Functional Check Flight Manuals, Advanced Handling Characteristics training Pamphlets and such. SO, I have undertaken to develop a NATOPS style Pilot's Pocket Checklist for the Community Scooter - will be a WIP for a while but with a full NATOPS Flight Manual available it will be quick to draft the PCL then modify for DCS limitations. Intent is to be KneeBoard Builder friendly when done. I'll post up the WIP as it is developed but here is the cover.... we'll test it in the Diamondbacks to ensure it is accurate. Kev2go
can some clarify why its called A4E-C? Is it because its a former A4C model upgraded to A4E standards, instead of being a factory fresh A4E? Kev2go
another question will this A4E have a Radar warning reciever added at some point? There are already controls within the ECM box ( albeit not functional yet) for the AN/APR 25 its just missing the RWR display. After all itl be kind of hard to utilize the AGM45 Shrike if you dont know where radar sources are emitting from :P Edited December 2, 2018 by Kev2go Build: Windows 10 64 bit Pro Case/Tower: Corsair Graphite 760tm ,Asus Strix Z790 Motherboard, Intel Core i7 12700k ,Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 64gb ram (3600 mhz) , (Asus strix oc edition) Nvidia RTX 3080 12gb , Evga g2 850 watt psu, Hardrives ; Samsung 970 EVo, , Samsung evo 860 pro 1 TB SSD, Samsung evo 850 pro 1TB SSD, WD 1TB HDD

Kev2go
Also to note if this skyhawk is going to be a AGm62 carrying variant ( Its included in this mod as an armament option) then a portion of the cockpit needs to be remodeled AGm62 capable skyhawks had the Radar Scope refitted for a TV screen display. Mind you this appears this would only be for Skyhawks with AN/APG53B radar versions. But it'd be nice to have the RHAW receiver fully implemented, the inoffical mod shows it should not be too hard :) It could have, considering this A4E model represented has the "humpback" retrofitted allowing to the same CM suite, ECM, and additional avionic suites the A4F models And from what i gathered some A4F squadrons did in fact get AN/APR 25 RWR scope displays sent to SEA theatre. at some point as an upgrade over the basic flashing and audio warning, So A4E's could have easily had them as well. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3709023&postcount=19 Edited December 3, 2018 by Kev2go Build: Windows 10 64 bit Pro Case/Tower: Corsair Graphite 760tm ,Asus Strix Z790 Motherboard, Intel Core i7 12700k ,Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 64gb ram (3600 mhz) , (Asus strix oc edition) Nvidia RTX 3080 12gb , Evga g2 850 watt psu, Hardrives ; Samsung 970 EVo, , Samsung evo 860 pro 1 TB SSD, Samsung evo 850 pro 1TB SSD, WD 1TB HDD

Don Rudi
as a coder there is NOTHING i love more than phrases like that.... :) No offence intended (btw I am a software dev as well ;) ) But the guy with the mod shows that it obviously can be done. Yes, implemented in the A-4 it would require an amount of tweaking (ranges, detector type etc), but I am quite sure it will take less effort than implementing the missing ILS for instance. And as the panel is included, I am sure the team plans to bring the functionailty. Or well, I hope.
