I dont think it is dead it was just frozen like the mi24p in order to wait for multi crew development. I suspect they will unfreeze its development when the mi24 is released or close to release.

Definitely, in my opinion every module should have an 'opponent'.

Hello, your resident forum pedant here .

Since attack helicopters aren't normally expected, nor really designed to fight one another, they aren't necessarily opponents. Not like, for example, the couples of MiG-15 vs F-86 or Bf-109 vs P-51, which are indeed opponents.

In case of the helos however, I'd say the term counterparts is more appropriate.

i hope that what ever lessons they belsimtek learns from the hind will further the development of multi crew code and game play.

i dont mind the Mi24 going first if that means a better and badder AH-1W !
