f18 cockpit zoom in and zoom out slow will not work

The commands work ok here. So now you have to find out what causes your problem. My first thought was: conflict with bindings for UI Layer. But if you use the same switches successfully for other modules then that's not it.

These commands are defined in the file "...Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Config\Input\Aircrafts\common_joystick_binding.lua". That file is obviously ok because the commands work in other modules.

For this file to work with the F/A-18C, the file "default.lua" under "...Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\FA-18C\Input\FA-18C\joystick" must contain this line of code in line 5 or so:

local res = external_profile("Config/Input/Aircrafts/common_keyboard_binding.lua")

(use Notepad++ to check!)

If all this is ok, you may have to delete the F/A-18C folders and files under \Saved Games and re-create your bindings.
