DCS 2.5 Open Beta Update 4 : problem ?

Hi everybody.

 

Just performed DCS 2.5 Open Beta Update 4 update today.

 

All my modules, activated before updating are now desactivated after updating.

Only available : Caucasus and Su25.

 

Is it a bug or the right DCS procedure before true DCS 2.5 release ?

Hi schmit

 

please attach your dcs.log from your saved games location

 

and your autoupdate_log.txt from DCS root

 

we should find some clues

Same here with the new 2.5.0.15184.338 hotfix. All shown as activated, but most of them aren't. Only ones I can access:

P-51D

Su-25T

 

(didn't check the helicopters)

 

Got everything except for the Hawk, the C.101, the Gazelle and that GPS thing.

The only things I changed in the planes is in the respective view.lua:

 

CameraViewAngleLimits = {30.000000, 90.000000}, --{20.000000,120.000000},
Just to restrict the FOV zoom level to 30° min and 90° max which is less in both directions as the default which I kept as a comment for reference.

 

I had one modified Ka-50.lua as well which I totally forgot about where I tried to put some other weapons on it just for some offline trials (tried those wobble gobble grenade launchers and gatling pods from the Mi-8 on it). DCS wouldn't even start up at all. I knew this wouldn't pass the integrity check so I removed it and I could enter the sim at least. Generally it looks like the integrity check is now applied at DCS startup and not just when joining a multiplayer server that has the check on.

 

Edit: Runs fine without my "mod" pack (which mainly is altered input and view luas).

 

Edit²: Tried to move my view angle settings to Server.lua without luck, it runs now, but I don't have my view configs working anymore (https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3426805&postcount=8). This is another issue though. Definately it's the IC causing the original problem.

Here attached the 2 required files date March the 16th.

In Module Manager, all modules are noticed as "Installed" but the aren't.
